Aluminum Boat Dock Tie Off Corner Brace Never Mounted

Description

This is a aluminum boat dock corner tie off. What would be considered the side plates measure about 6 3/4 x 6 3/4 x 6 tall. They each have six - 3/8" countersunk mounting holes. The top has 4 mounting holes and are not countersunk. There is a 4 1/2" ring that will swivel in it's base mounted to the top. The piece is made from 1/4" thick material, the ring is about 5/8" thick and mounted in a 1 1/4" upright stud.
