    This auction includes one (1) set of HO Scale Decals:  Chesapeake & Ohio 50 and 70 ton open top Hopper Cars by Champ #SHS-276. They are white in color.  They are new in the package. Please note that while these are new in the package, they have been on the shelves for some time.  They may need an over spray of decal film or dullcote to ensure their use. They are sold AS IS!!
