    Back in the 1980's, there were very few authoritative maps of Chinese cities available in the West. This map of Beijing was the primary exception.
    Detailed street map, with icons, and building locations noted. Complete with text, in English, designed for the visitor.
    This map is a classic example of emerging Chinese cartography, and early attempts at tourism.
    Map is printed on paper, and  measures approx. 30" x 36" when unfolded.
